Been a while...

After I wrote this title all I can hear are Creed lyrics in my head. lol.
So anyways, yeah it's been a while...
Happy May!! :) Got a new Due Date. November 25th :) Black Friday. HA! Victoria was 5 days later than her due date though...Maybe I can push this to December? We will just have to see when the time comes.
Today is a "Blah" day. I feel tired and my tummy feels icky and I just don't want to get ready for church or anything actually. Guess I should count myself lucky though...I've only thrown up 3 times so far! Victoria was making me sick like every day multiple times a day....7 times in 3 hours once...Told a friend that last night at work and all he said was "Yeah, women make me nauseous too". What a jerk! Ha! :P
I really wonder though since this pregnancy has been kinda different so far if it IS a boy and not a girl... hmmm... maybe after I find out I will just keep it a secret...muahahaha...

Well, better go get V ready and get us some breakfast before church. I can't wait till Chad has Sundays off! Mothers are AMAZING but they were not meant for all this stuff on their own! ;) lol

Oooo...Baby Baby!

Went to the Doctor on Monday and got a confirmation. Based on my period they think I'm due on November 17th but I was tracking my Ovulation, which was almost 35 days later than my period, and it was on March 3rd so I think they are wrong. Haha. I put it into a due date calculator on the internet and it gave me November 24th. Thanksgiving! Wouldn't that be cool? No cooking! Ha! Just kidding, I love Thanksgiving but it would make it extra special.
I think it would even be funny on Black Friday, to fight all the Zombie traffic of crazy people who run a muck insane with their Food Comas. :) That would be pretty Epic, as Chad would say.

Anyways, I get to have my first Ultrasound on the 11th! :) I'm excited. I have to be up at 6:30 AM just to drink a ton of water and try not to pee till almost 8...Guess I will try my best.

So far I haven't had any morning sickness!!! WOOO!!! I had it almost everyday, often multiple times, for about 3 months. But I don't think it really started until I was like 8 weeks and I think I'm only 4 going on 5...We'll see. :)
I'm just all around glowy and happy and excited about everything. It still doesn't feel quite real...I guess maybe because I'm waiting for the Morning sickness.
My Mom, Chad's Mom and Granny and Pappy all keep teasing about how I'm going to have twins! AHHH! (In my most happy scream voice) Children are BLESSINGS but boy that would be tough. My Aunt had 2 sets of twin boys back to back...don't know how she did it! She must be a Saint. :) I wouldn't doubt that.

Well....I've rambled on with my thoughts longer that I thought I would. Guess that's part of Blogging? :)
Lastly, I'm so excited to write my name on the "EXPECTING" sheet at Church on Sunday!!! That's so dorky...But I am. :)

Expecting Expectations

Just wanted to announce that we are going to be adding to our little family now. A Doctor's visit will confirm next week and give us a due date. (Although I believe it will be around the end of November or beginning of December)

I absolutely can't contain my excitement. That is why I'm letting everyone know so early into it all.

Temples and such

So, I guess to everything there is a beginning...and I guess this is the beginning of my little "Family Blog"?
We will see how it goes. Hmm...

Well, I'm Katie. My husband's name is Chad and we have a crazy little 3 year old named Victoria. But forget about us. She is everyone's favorite. :) Most of this blog will probably be about her...or me venting...sorry.

Or about babies. :)

We are trying for another right now. Who knows if we are ready; Who really ever is? But We figure that's in God's hands anyways and you can't really hope or ask for something without doing the foundation work. So there you have it.


Chad recently got Baptized into the LDS church on Christmas Day of 2010. Wow, that already seems so far away...
But our Favorite Sisters are both gone now and we won't see them again until we are sealed (if they can make it) in about a year.

I am thinking that I would like to have our Endowments done here in the Mesa Temple, but we will probably be sealed (cross your fingers) in the Provo, Utah Temple. I was sealed there to my Parents when I was 6 months or so. I thought it would be touching if we could use the same Temple for my little Family. :)
Also, I am hoping my extended family will all be able to be there since most of them live in Utah and are very nearby.

Well, I hear the buzzer going off on my oven so there ya go. First Blog down....who knows how many to come? :) Hahaha...
